Finished by hand. Judged by the eye.

Craftsmanship at Montmarque is measured in the details an owner notices over years, not minutes.

Body finishing

Every surface is shaped and finished by hand until the light falls across the body exactly as it should. Nothing leaves the atelier until the metal reads as one continuous form.

Panel fit

Panel gaps are checked and adjusted by hand, to a consistency the eye recognises and the hand confirms. Each panel is aligned to the vehicle as a whole, not merely to a tolerance.

Paint

Paint is applied in multiple stages and finished to a depth that reveals the body's lines rather than covering them. Each colour is prepared specifically for the individual commission.

Upholstery

Interiors are trimmed in hide and cloth selected with the owner, then cut and stitched by hand. Every seam follows the lines of the vehicle itself.

Materials

Leathers, woods, metals and fabrics are chosen for how they age, not only for how they arrive. Samples are reviewed with the owner before a single element is made.

Interior detailing

Switchgear, trim and instrumentation are prepared to a standard the original factory would recognise. Each detail is finished individually, by hand.

Mechanical presentation

Mechanical components are prepared to presentation standard — clean, correct and complete. The engine bay is finished with the same care as the exterior.

Final assembly

Each vehicle is assembled, adjusted and inspected as a whole before handover. Nothing is signed off until the finished car meets the standard we set for it.
